Take vinegar a couple notch. Spicy vinegar is good if you want a kick to your food.
Here’s a really simple recipe.
Vinegar with a kick.
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp peppercorn
- 5 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 onion thinly slice
- 1/4 lb chili labuyo/jalapeno/habanero
- 1 bottle vinegar
- In a pan, toast garlic, onion, peppercorn and your chili of choice.
- In a clean container, add all ingredients. Stir.
- Put in refrigerator for a week before using.Occasionally stir vinegar.
If you want a really spicy vinegar, chopped the chili after toasting them.
