Pork barbecue in bamboo skewer grilled over charcoal. Perfect for any occasions.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork shoulder sliced into bite-sized
Marinade
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup calamansi or lemon
- 3/4 cup ketchup banana ketchup
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cups lemon lime soda 7up or sprite
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- salt/pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the bite-sized pork.
- Add all the marinade ingredients. Mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hr. I suggest to marinate overnight.
- Soak bamboo skewer in water overnight.
- Skew pork together with bamboo skewer.
- Start up grill.
- Grill bbq. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Always baste bbq when flipping.
- Serve.
Notes
Before adding the marinade in the bowl, pour 1 cup of marinade in a separate bowl to be used as basting sauce.
