A Filipino dish where fish is cooked in vinegar. Paksiw is a cooking method where the meat/fish is simmered in vinegar. There are multiple “paksiw” dishes such as paksiw na baboy, lechon paksiw. They all contain vinegar.
This is my favorite shrimp recipe. I’m not fond of Boiling Crab but this recipe hits the spot. This is best eaten with hands. Wash your hands and dig in, it will be messy. You might want to add some white rice and dip the shrimp with spicy vinegar. Yum!
